which menu items are vegetarian-friendly?
Some of our vegetarian-friendly favorites on our core menu are the hummus tahina, spicy sabzi, and shroomami. This season, we have the apples, pears, and cheddar salad as well. All of our signatures can be made vegetarian by substituting meat for ingredients like roasted tofu, baked falafel, and warm portobello mix (which will reduce the price of the bowl).
