what is sweetgreen's food ethos?

Our fresh produce is prepared in-house every day, using whole fruits and vegetables delivered that morning. The menu is locally and regionally sourced, changing 5 times a year to incorporate seasonal and regional ingredients and flavors. Fresh ingredients make the job of a chef much easier.
